Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING

All orders, excluding wedding invitations, are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

LOCAL PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Holland Landing, ON. Only certain products are available for local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

*All orders are final sale. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We do not take responsibility for lost, damaged, or delayed packages as the process of shipping is in the hands of the postal service.
